Having done the last two from Mr Wheelers book and had the usual newbie issues with clearing and final carbonation I'm wondering if any of you wise'uns out there have any suggestions (not rude please) of what I can brew with Pale Maris Otter malt, Fuggles, Perle and Golding hops. I can also get my hands on Brown sugar, black treacle or golden syrup if I raid SWMBOs cupboards. :thumb:
Any suggestions for sure-fire recipes?

Thanks in advance. :hat:

Try Graham Wheelers Exmoor Gold page 151, simple recipe using challenger Golding and a handful of styrian golding at the end.
I'm enjoying my last 19 litre brew of it.

You can always swop the few hops around to what you have and make an original brew... :D

Exmoor gold (according to MW's recipe) is a great brew, but I found it needed a good 2 months in the bottle for the flavours to settle - it was a little too bitter for me at the start but I had a bottle on Friday and it was lovely.

Failing that, you could do a Goldings SMaSH - should be a nice brew...
