I think I may have made a bit of a mistake with sugar. I put 125g in what turned out to be 15 liters. Bottle Bombs?

I'm away for new years, back in a couple of days. Think I'll uncap one when I get back and see what's going on and try to stop them exploding.

So far so good. I've opened a bottle to see how fizzy it's got. No more than I hoped for so I'm hoping to avoid the bottle bombs. Nearly at the end of two weeks keeping in the warm. Off to the cool for at least a month before I taste the first one though. If it's any good I'm hoping to enter it into the Spring Thing!

How did this turn out?
Would it be an issue if I could only do a single temp mash?
Thanks

No problem there is nothing in it that would preclude a mash at 66° I have used several yeasts to brew this but as it has a particularly strong taste I suggest you start with Safale SO4
