I got my 3rd AG brew done on Sunday to use up leftover ingrediants i had. Hopefully this will be a half decent beer :D .
After having problems with my Buffalo Boiler cutting out on the first brew I taped up the "thermal cut out" thing and it worked perfecly!

Unfortunately I was nursing a pretty bad hangover during this brew so I was very lazy with the photos.

The brew was discussed in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=36&t=45990

Anyway heres the recipe:

Oops forgot to add that!
Got around 23L into the FV from a full volume BIAB.

Took a hydro reading and tried this last night. I think its my best yet! I will only know for sure when its in the bottle.

Anyway... After tasting it has a nice fruityness to it so i'm considering complimenting this by Dry Hopping with Cascade or somehting similar? What are your thoughts on this?

Do it! :thumb:

An Update:

Really pleased with this! The carbonated bottles I have opened are really nice. Dry hopping with cascade was a very good option. Looking forward to seeing how the flavours balance out :).

Problem tho which I will learn from and never let happen again!!!..... I attempted to keep these warm to carbonate in a cold garage with a fan heater pointed at the bottles. It seems not all of them were warm enough as some are flat. So when I get my fermentation fridge this week I will chuck them all in there at about 22deg for a week or so hopefully that will do the trick!
