Original Gravity (OG): 1.040 (°P): 10.0
Final Gravity (FG): 1.010 (°P): 2.6
Alcohol (ABV): 3.93 %
Colour (SRM): 3.8 (EBC): 7.5
Bitterness (IBU): 42.7 (Average)

3500g Golden Promise Malt 86.42%
350g Wheat Malt 8.64%
200g Carapils (Dextrine) 4.94%

15g Green Bullet (12.7% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil) 0.6 g/L
30g WGV (6.94% Alpha) @ 15 Minutes (Boil) 1.3 g/L
30g WGV (6.94% Alpha) @ 10 Minutes (Boil) 1.3 g/L
40g WGV (6.94% Alpha) @ 5 Minutes (Boil) 1.7 g/L
50gWGV (6.94% Alpha) @ 0 Days (Dry Hop) 2.1 g/L

0.1 g/L Gypsum (Calcium Sulfate) @ 90 Minutes (Mash)
0.1 g/L Irish Moss @ 15 Minutes (Boil)

Single step Infusion at 67°C for 90 Minutes. Boil for 60 Minutes

Fermented at 20°C with Thwaites Strain Yeast, direct from my local brewery

Always a big bonus if you can get a live yeast direct from a brewery, Twaites has a good reputation.
