Hello all,
I brewed this on Thursday but as I was in a bit of a rush I forgot to take more pictures. Anyway it's a rather easy Lager and I found the ingredients on this forum. Anyway it was easy, no cocks ups and it's currently sat in the fermenter fermenting away.

Started 0948
Finished 1508
Cooling for 2 hours in the bath

4kg Lager Malt
40g Saaz 90mins
20g Saaz 15mins
20g Saaz Flame out (steep for 30mins)
Saflager S23 11.5g

90 minute mash
90 minute boil
The above should give you 20L. I've only got 15 because of my boil off and dead space. Onwards to the pictures...

OG ~1050 - I completely forgot to do it on the day so did it Monday morning. I lied there was that one invariable **** up

Also how do you go about clearing lager, can you add finings? I'm guessing by doing that though you wouldn't be able to prime it with sugar so any advice is appreciated.

James

*Edit* I meant Friday morning. My head is fried! Sodding uni coursework!
