Decided on an impromptu brew day today. Had some WLP037 on as a starter so decided on a speciality red.

Recipe was

19L brew length
90 min mash @ 67c
60 min boil

4.5kg Pale
165g Dark Crystal
320g Torrified Wheat
200g Amber
100g Chocolate

30g Challenger @ 60 mins
10g Fuggles @ 10 mins
10g Cascade @ 10 mins
10g Fuggles @ 0 mins
10g Cascade @ 0 mins
20g Cascade Dry Hop

WLP037 Yorkshire Square Ale Yeast
