Name: ArmChair IPA

Grain Bill:

4000g Pale Malt 90%
120g Torrified Wheat 2%
350g Munich Malt 8%

Hops:
30g Fuggles 60min
30g Goldings 15min
30g Willamette 5min
1tsp irish moss 10min

First hops added, this brew I decided to give boiling hops in a bag ago.

Mash at 67°C for 90 minutes
Boil for 60 min. Add a pinch of gypsum at the beginning..

Used my new boiler, which is slighty smaller than my normal one. Heats up quicker.
20lts of wort collected.

Yeast:
Ringwood Strain.
Ferment at 20°C
 
looks very nice :thumb: have you used the Ringwood yeast before? what's it like?
 
How did you find using a bag when adding the hops? I was thinking of doing the same as it can be quite hard to filter out the hops when transferring to a FV (I'm a BIAB er).
I was wondering if it might affect the way the hops imaprt their loveliness :wha:

Im not sure until its conditioned and ready to taste, there was a nice aroma in the FVs.
