AG#11 Bullet Proof

On Friday I was at a loose end, so I decided to put the brew on.

I received some hops from Malt Miller and decided to use some of them up.

AG#11 Bullet Proof

GRAINBILL:
85% 3150g Maris Otter
10% 370g, Torrified Wheat
5% 200g, CaraPils

Hops

30g Green Bullet 12.7% 60min
30g Nz Pacifica 5.6% 45min
15g Nz Pacifica 5.6% 10min
15g Nz Pacifica 5.6% 0min
20g Nz Pacifica 5.6% dry hop

First Hop addition & Wort


Yeast

Safeale S-04
Ferment at 20c
SG 1042

FIrst time using new wort chiller

Transferring to FV

Never tried Pacifica - sounds interesting.

In the photos your wort looks quite dark for the grain bill? :wha: Looks good though!

Could be the bad lighting, it looks blonde sat in the FV now :thumb:

gd luck with it mate, can't beat a hoppy ale. if u like the hop then dry hop it with 100-200g of it!

This smells amazing in my garage!
When i was transfering from FV to Keg, it managed to leak, and i lost a good 10 litres to the floor
