AG#1 Horrors in my FV!

AG1 had a few problems but ended up with some good looking beer in the bucket, fermented like a rocket and the bubbler settled quickly after only 4-5 days.. been in the FV1 for 14 days in all.

Today I went to rack to a secondary FV, opened the lid and OHH NO MOULD!

I am guessing this was left over chunky krausen?

It looked gross but I took the plunge and poured a small glass - tastes lovely!! will be bottled up in another 6 days.

What yeast did you use, was it S-05 ?

Thought so, it's not very good at dropping unless you cool it to around 5-10c..
