Into my possession has come a rare vintage example of a Coopers Australian lager kit, only a mere 9 years past the sell by date.
Does malt extract actually go off in the can? It looks in good condition - is it worth the effort to take a chance on brewing it, or would I be courting certain death? Or worse, producing a poor beer?
