advice needed

After problems getting my ale moving. Its now gone off like a rocket. I tested this evening and its at 1009 after one week in the f.v. (it didnt move at all for 4 days). unfortunatly i now have to work away for week. will it be ok sat in the f.v. even tho it may have the same reading on monday?

Another week will do it good. Give the yeast time to clear up after itself.

Just dont lift this lid again before you intend to bottle and it will be fine

Best advice, leave the brew in the primary for 14days, then syphon it into another container for 7days, the bottle or keg, it'll clear quicker and taste far better
