Advice about enhancer

Being a newbie to brewing just in homebrew shop and bought Canadian blonde ask for enhancer assistant said doesn't sell it that spray malt light 500g and 500g of brewing sugar does same job , is this right???

What's the difference then? Will it taste the same ?

1kg bags of enhancer contain 500g spraymalt and 500g brewing sugar mixed together. It's the same.
