Adding hops

Hi
I am brewing a hoppy apa in my grain father. I have 3 packets of hops. they are 0 min, 10 min, 60 min. at a 60 min boil I presume the 0 min is added first and the 60min last ?
sorry it maybe a stupid question to most

Opposite way around. 60min addition is in for the whole boil and 0min is at the very end of the boil.
