Adding honey to Milestone Lions Pride

Hi guys,

I just wondered if there was any reason I couldn't add a nice dolop of my grandad's home made honey to my next batch of Milestone's Lion's Pride?

I just wanted to give it a bit more 'personal' touch so to speak!

No problem at all, IIRC honey is about 85% fermentable sugar so you can use this number to work out what the change in alcohol level will be.

Excuse my ignorance but how do I do that? This batch will only be my second 'kit' brew.
