About to start my second brew....

I joined here a few weeks ago when my dad and I started our first batch of homebrew, a Mersey Dockers IPA. Fermentation has finished on that, it was kegged during the week and it’s now got to sit for a few weeks to finish.

Today (Sunday 7th June 20) my dad and I will embark upon our second brew session, a Young’s HomeBrew American Mocha Porter. This will eventually be bottled.

I like the idea of brewing with someone else. It's pretty much a solitary hobby and past time for most, including me.

At least you can both get your hands dirty and bounce ideas off eachother. The downside is that your beer will go down twice as fast!
