Joined up a while ago but have'nt got around to saying hello y'all!, i recognise a few of you from other forums so its good to see a few friendly names already. (im not saying that everyone on heres not friendly!!)
I started brewing earlier this year and i got the bug!!! Loving it so far, no major probs........the only slip up i have done is the last 7gallons of wine ive put on over the space of a month or so i thought i'd been using youngs g.p yeast but it turns out it was youngs SUPER wine yeast!! The label clearly states this but i just didnt notice!!! :wha: Only realised when the tub was almost empty!!!
I did wonder why when i worked out my alcohol percentages they were higher than normal :hmm: ............18%!! Still the lil tasters ive had while racking are all good so its all good!!!
