Hi all

I have some amber DME and some wheat DME, And a bunch of Hallertau, saaz B. do you reckon i could get a nice summer ale if i threw in some WLP400 on top? I also have some packs of crystal and munich II, carahell and aromatic...

Any advice/opinions would be much appreciated
 
I would think the amber malt would supply enough of that, although i've never used munich, carahell or aromatic so can't speak for what they supply!
 
That looks good. I'll do a bit of research and see what flavours the extra grains impart and work from there.
