i wouldnt like to be buying any of the next batch of beer after he has been in with the spent grains in his bare feet and hairy beard. the bucket he is using to put the hops in is fcuking stinking, all black and stained!

Wow if you can stand in in mash Tun in barefeet when the grains are around 80c your super human! He's wearing white wellys FFS!
The Yeast starter??? I didn't see one?? I seen a 1ltr jug of clear liquid definatly not yeast!!! Sterile only comes after the boil, things get rinsed down before a brewday, The same as mine.

I don't see anything wrong in that brewing video, the clear stuff in the jug is most likely Zinc Sulphate solution, used as a yeast nutrient.

Impressive set up, would love to work with buckets of hops instead of a a few 100g per brew, the girls with beards play a fair tune too :)

Great video Nick we will be seeing that sort of stuff for real when we visit Wold top brewery in April. We managed to get some of their award winning yeast. :thumb:
