I'm brewing a cheap 6 bottle wine kit from wilkonsons at the minute. Cab-Sav.

I've got a 30 bottle muntons Shiraz to put on soon as I get an hour.

From what I see about kits people tend to up the amount of grape juice replacing some of the water quota. Would you recommend?
