Used it for my brew tonight...boiled my liquid malt..5 min EKG 25g then centennial steep 25g. The best thing was no boil over and it's the right size for my sink and a proper ice bath which has enabled me to pitch at bang on 20*c.
As a learner..what would you suggest as a smash?
