Hi there.
I'm Golden Phoenix, call me GP for short. It's nice to meet you all.
I am an utter brewing novice and in the absence of funds I'll probably start my brewing journey with some quick 'n nasty methods using pop bottles. Here's hoping I can get some real equipment nice and quickly.
I have a number of brews I'd like to try but it'll take me a while to get through them, i'm hoping to start with a simple nettle beer, as nettles are something we have in abundance around here. I'd also like to try a brewed dandelion and burdock but being wary of misidentifying plants and accidentally poisoning myself I'll have to hold off until I can afford the burdock root.
My planned brews:
Dandelion & Burdock
Nettle Beer
Mead
Cider
Ginger Beer.
These should keep me happy for a number of months. Wish me luck!
