A hint of pear

Just started a WOW:
1 ltr Waitrose WGJ
1 ltr 100% apple juice
2 x 200g cartons Cawton's apple & pear juice
750g sugar
2 t-bag brew
1 tsp Young's Yeast
1 tsp nutrient
1 tsp citric acid
1 tsp Pectolase

..it's on the move already, fx I can keep it in the DJ at the shoulder!

Sounds good, i don't think i have ever used pear juice it'll be interesting to see how it turns out.

I have a cider orchard - for info I think cider can have up to 5% pear juice and still officially be called cider and perry can have up to 5% apple juice and still be classed as perry
