Mashed as usual indoors, as the weather brightened up after sparging I decided to boil outside for a change.I normally brew in the Utility room that has a low ceiling with the door and fanlight window open. This still creates a hell of a lot of steam,so it was nice to not worry about that for change.Although half way through a hastily arranged parasol was needed due to rain.
Sorry only a couple of pics due to several other things on the go at the same time.

Covers on!

Dry hopped with Goldings.

Be bottling this at the weekend. :D

Bottled this earlier this morning.F.G. of 1.008.So that makes it 4.4%.

Batch primed with D.M.E.

58 bottles nicely tucked up @ room temp for a couple of weeks, then out to the garage for two more.

Quality control demanded a couple of gulps and this is already tasting mighty fine. :thumb:
