Apparently i need cara wheat to brew a dunkles but i ain't got none , can't get none (at the mo ) plus have examples of recipes without so here's 1 i'm gonna be brewing next weekend , it will also involve double decoction mash.

Hefeweizen Ale (WLP300)
yeast in liquid form with low flocculation and 74% attenuation
Alcohol
5.3% ABV

40c mash in rest 10 mins
raise to 50c slowly rest 25 mins
decoction heat slowly to 71c rest 15 mins
then boil decoction hold for 20 mins
return decoction to mash target is 64c , rest for 15 mins
2nd decoction heat to 71c rest for 10 mins then boil for 15 mins
return to mash target is 72c
mash out at 76c , sparge
