Hello!
SO I have a starter that has been on for about 10 days since my last brewday was canceled. Is it still possible to use the starter or should I go for a pakage of dry yeast instead?

Thanks

P.S ignore the badly spelled title. It was autocorrected from another language

I would say it's would be ok. If you think about how people just pitch slurry from the bottom of the FV into another brew, the yeast/slurry has usually been sitting their for two weeks at the bottom of a FV. You may have a little loss in viability but after 10 days I'm guessing not much (you can use a yeast calc to find out exactly how much)

Thanks for the reply! I think I'll take a gamble then and pitch the starter. Lets hope for the best :)
