hi would anyone be interested in a small project to create a 5 barrel brew and have this bottled.
It works out at about £1.12 bottled with a shelf life of 18 months.......... done by commercial brewery.(1400 bottles in a 5 barrel run, so need to find £1600 through partners, thats only 16 people at £100 ish each including me.........) with labels and packed in crates of 12 bottles recieve 7 crates each (84 bottles ish ) .
the brew recipe can be agreed and either sell on the bottles or recieve them direct.
i am based in Cornwall so ideally brewers in Cornwall so we can meet up and take the project forward. anyone interested?
or better still anyone want to join forces to create a micro brewery? would need to invest about £1000 each, but with a business plan could create a return. Brewery could produce own brands and allow members to use equipment for their own brews.......
