reading everyone elses enthusiasm on here is half the appeal to me :thumb:
i would certainly be considered a lurker on the beer side of the board as while i enjoy drinking it, i havent as yet had a decent go at my own. (all wines/ciders over these first few months on my trip into homebrew) have now picked up a wherry kit based on what ive read tho and i hear its a slippery slope from there? :

I've been lurking and reading mostly and have to say I'm impressed just how much the regulars here do respond to what must be quite repetitive questions.

The sort of thread that prompted this light hearted one happen on a photography forum I mod on too. Why does no one comment on my pictures? then you look at their past posts and they have never left a comment for anyone before and expect 'someone' else to do it all.

Anyway just wanted to say the input of the regulars here is appreciated by the silent majority :)

Now if my temperature controller for my fridge heater ever turns up from China I may be able to start joining in soon...
