I`ve been really busy at work for the last 2 weeks and haven`t had a chance to bottle my Coopers Pale Ale..Tomorrow evening will be 4 weeks since it started.I checked fg about 2 weeks ago and it was ready for bottling and I haven`t looked at it again since. It was in a heated fridge at a constant temp of 26 degrees.I opened the fridge door last week a wee bit to cool it down slightly as I thought I`d get it bottled then.Is it worth bottling now or just put it down to another bad experience?
I`d go ahead and stick it in my Youngs barrel but the last 2 attempts at using that have both failed due to a leak somewhere.
Cheers

PS.
I bottled 32 pints of Admirals Reserve,4 weeks ago and it`s still very cloudy. Is that normal?

26c is quite hot. If you can control temp, ferment at 20c. You'll get a better beer.

Past it as in needs to go down the drain? Nope I wouldn't say so at all.

The FV won't be sealed but it won't be a million miles from being in a bottle especially being in a sealed fridge it won't have been exposed to much. I'm not sure if there are any problems with it being sat on the trub for so long but I have had my brews in the FV for 3 weeks with no problems.

26 is very high, ive had brews in primary for 4 weeks and theyve been fine. I didnt open them though.

4 weeks will be fine, there may be a slight yeasty taste to the beer which if it were an IPA or bitter wouldn't be as noticeable, pale/light beers don't do a great job at hiding of-flavours, as such I would be more bothered about the of flavours your gonna get from the too higher temp here, 26c is pushing it, next time stick to around 20c...that said, it's still beer and its still gonna be drinkable :drink:
