4 line Maxi Cooler Set Up

I've managed to get hold of a maxi cooler but I'm not sure how to set it up. I can see 4 lines in that should be connected to the kegs and the 4 lines out that need connecting to the beer taps but its the other ones I'm unsure of.
Do I really need water?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

yes you need water .

top two green points are for the python line. you can link these out.

yes the four / 8 points below are the ins and outs. is that a Mfengineering chiller?

Thanks for the response. What’s is the python line please? I just know it as a maxi chiller/cooler
