Started my 3rd brew last night, I thought about the upcoming xmas and thought why not try a tangy,spicy wine for everyone so I used the following :-
1 ltr x Welch purple grape juice
1 ltr x Morrisons cranberry and blueberry juice
1 ltr x Apple juice
1/2 ltr x Morrisons cherry juice
1 teaspoon cinomin
4 teabag brew for (tannine)
3 spice (mulling bag infusion) in pint of warm water
10 x Morrison "Lemon and Ginger Zinger teabags) infused into warmed apple juice with the suar dissoved also
700g of brown sugar
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp yeast neautrant
1 tsp pect
1 tsp citric acid
glyericin
Demi-jons are bubbling away here every 2 secs very nice sound :)
I have pics but dont no yet of how to upload when i work it out i will upp
