Hello All,
I've been observing and enjoying the discussions and excellent advice on here for about 4 months now so I thought it was time to stop lurking on the edges and take a leap into the fray.

For what it's worth my inspiration was my first sample of the Premier Festival Landlord kit.... It really is the don! I've successfully brewed the Woodfordes Wherry kit 3 times along with 2 coopers IPA's, Canadian Blonde, Aussie lager, 2 Coopers Stouts, Magnum Pear and Elderflower cider kits, Beaverdale and CC wine kits, not to mention a great Lemon Hooch!...... I think I may be drinking too much! :hmm:

My only real disasters have been Turbo Ciders when I've tried fancy additions.

All in all it's been a revalation. Not cheap to get all the kit but I'm now starting to see the pay back. Homebrew is the new rock and roll!!

hi Wils ... :thumb:

you have been bizzy .. :D .
welcome to the forum...

regards mick... :hat: .

Thanks all! It's good to be here!!

Not sure if its been posted before but the only tip I can offer (never seen it mentioned before) is to add a lil bit of vanilla sugar ( I got mine from Saino's) in your batch prime... Just about 25% of the required amount..... Usually 25-30 grams. I used it in a Wherry and it came out lovely. Surprising how so little added some much to the flavour (very subtle).

Oh and also... Cold crashing seems to help an awful lot!

Other than that you all seem to have the whole deal covered!

Drink and be merry people :D
