At a guess I'd say you'd need to remove the overheat safety cut-out to maintain a good rolling boil.

If your electrim bin is the same as mine it'll have the thermostat mounted on a metal plate above the socket, if you bend this away from the surface of the bin then it'll stop cutting out.

Which is the same as the one you listed but is listed on the burco website under the cygnet range.
It does a nice gentle roilling boil without cutting, not a mega vigorous but a rolling boil all the same and its 2/3rds the price with free delivery :)

To get a 22mm tank connector in it i had to dremmel the tap hole as its slotted for the tap so you carnt twist it. although im now going to replace the tank connector with a bulkhead fitting so i can fit a hop strainer properly.
