It only works with the 2.4 GHz band of WI-Fi router.

Tips of Inkbird ITC-308 Wifi temperature controller if cannot connect to phone successfully.
Please check:
1. Wifi router is set to 2.4GHz.
2. Press up button to quickly flash the Wifi indicator on the ITC-308 Wifi temp controller. If it flashes slowly, it is in AP mode (please see page 8 of manual: https://pmod79883-pic31.websiteonline.cn/…/ITC-308-WifiUser…).
3. Ensure smooth network.
4. Wifi password is correct.
5. If cannot read the temperature outside of home, please check the network of phone.
