2nd hand Mangrove Jack kegerator problem.... help needed

I've just brought a 2nd hand Mangrove Jack kegerator. The lines aren't looking that clean as it hasn't bee used in a while so i thought i would change the lines for new ones. I have noticed that the tube connection on the grey and black disconnects is in between the 3/8 and 3/16 standard sizes. Looking at the product detail online it looks as if it is 8mm that is supplied. If I go to change out the lines i'm worried that i will have problems connecting new tube to the shank on the taps.
Has anyone encountered this?

8mm is exactly 5/16 standard OD of beer and gas lines.

Thanks. I've never used that size. Ill have to search for some of that which im sure is easy enough.
