Any ideas on the maximum amount of grain (in weight) I’d be able to get in a 200 litre mash tun and be able to mash and sparge it properly

Obviously this is going to be a rough estimate only, lol
 
My rough guesstimate is 55Kg fine 60Kg with a little bit thick mash a bit more will still work but loose efficiency.
