91% pilsner, 9% light Munich, mittelfrüh and mj76.

1 week fermenting, 1 week conditioning in fridge. All in the Pinter! system.

not an award winner, but a very quaffable lager in 2 weeks.

That looks pretty good stu, what was the abv on that? One week ferment is very quick, did you use a pressure brewer of some sort? TIA Paul

Was thinking of having a go at AG with my old Pinter 1 as I now have a Pinter 2 and the old one will soon be out of warranty, it could prove to be a useful fermenting and dispensing system for small batches.
