Bottled first TC this evening, 1/2 tsp of sugar into the bottom of 500mm glass bottles - in with the fairly well cleared TC.
Started at 1050 down to 998, had the remainder that didnt fill the last bottle and tasted really nice, allbeit warm ish and flat.
How long should i be leaving them in the fridge before cracking them open?
