Hi guys, did my first extract brew on Fri. Landlord clone from Graham Wheelers book. Started off really well and by Sat it had a good yeast head (used Safale S-04 starter culture) and the SG had fallen from the OG of 1043 to 1034. However today the yeast head has all but gone leaving a very thin brown scum floating on top. The SG has fallen further to 1016, the beer is clearing nicely and smells Ok, the temp is 20c.
Is this right or has it got infected or stuck? Should I leave well alone or stir to rouse the yeast?

Any help would be appreciated as it was all going so well.

cheers,
geoff

I still worry about all my brews but I find having lots to sample takes my mind off it

cheers, hopefully once this ones done I'll start on a porter or mild, start to build up a good selection to keep me going.
