And hopefully not unlucky. Aiming for a session gardening brew. I kind of beefed up take on the Darkstar Hophead I tried recently. As far as brewdays go, it was nice to have made the effort to get tidied up such that everything was clean and in the right spot when I needed it. However you can't account for family. The missus wanted to go out on the tiles with her mates leaving me with a half hour round trip to get youngest from cricket mid boil. Another parent was slightly bemused when I eschewed a pint down the club because I needed to get back for 10 minite additions. Oldest child left at home was told if the electrics trip out and shut xbox down dont flipping touch anything. Also if that thing outside looks like its boiling over dont touch it.
Anyway put the afterburners on and got back in time for good late additions of Amarillo and Cascade. We will see. Will try and cut / paste recipe below.
