    Pilot Hops?

    Anyone got experience with Pilot hops? I got some in an assorted/cheap hops order, they're 2017 UK hops but have been vacuum sealed and still look/smell OK. Aroma is quite noticeable Lemon/spice so I'm thinking of trying them in a Maris Otter SMASH with either a Belgian or Saison yeast, and...
