brewed this twice before, no issues and so didnt bother taking hydrometer reading at the start of this batch. more fool me. however, its been 14 days in primary and i now have a reading of 1.012, that suggests it should be nearing completion. I cant work out if its just my palette, but tasting...

Will soon be bottling some coopers mexican cerveza was thinking of adding along side the priming sugar 5ml lime juice 10ml tequila just into 10 bottles: 500ml pet bottles. Concern is would this affect carbonization? has anybody done this what was the result? or introduce the lime and tequila...
