Hop Oils an Late Hop Additions

What are your opinions of this page from BeerSmith, suggesting that essential hop flavour oils are evaporated during even a short boil.

I wouldn't make a hoppy beer now without an 80*c post boil addition and hold it at that temp for 30 minutes, but after reading that I'll knock in another one at 60*.
The only down side is it puts an extra hour on a brewday! Not that that's much of an issue.

Think I'll try to steep at a slightly lower temp next time.

You could make a hop tea instead

Haven't got around to reading the article yet but as a no-chiller I'm not surprised in the least. If I try to add late additons to my boil and leave it to no chill over night I end up with completely no hop flavour in the boil. So I don't add late additions to my boil, instead for flavour additions I either add a hop tea just before pitching when the wort's cool or at bottling time
