This is the first CC kit I've made. It contained South African Reisling GC and dried elderflowers .
The elderflowers clogged my syphon tube up and I lost a few litres whilst racking. I ended up with about 19 litres because I also brewed it short.
After I stopped ,degassed ,stabilised and added finings ,it didn't clear properly after leaving it 14 days,I racked it again adding Vinclear finings which did the trick after a further 7 days.
I bottled it and yesterday I took a bottle to friends to sample it.
They all liked it and said they loved the fruity taste.
