So easy to produce and I did email Richard the owner of Love Brewing about this wine as it did not seem to be clearing when racked into the carboy
He reassured me it would clear in a few days but do not make the mistake like I did of putting it the shed with no light and thinking it wasn't clearing, taken from the shed in the light it was perfect
All bottled and looking excellent
All their superior kits come with a bladder of the grape juice plus oak chippings, extra bag of grape juice and all the other ingredients needed to make a perfect wine
This wine was tasted as I bottled yesterday and was as good then as any shop bought Rose so I cant wait to try this one in a months time ( if I can keep people away from it that long )
