I bottled this 5 gallon kit a week ago, i have done about 8 different Red kits now and this one stands out by a mile, its the best tasting Red i have ever tasted lovely and smooth and fruity, its possibly the most expensive kit i have done but at £55 for 30 superb bottles that i would gladly pay £6 - £8 in a supermarket if i wasn't able to do it as a kit.
I have 2 kits left to do 1 white, and 1 Rose , and from then on will only a Red that is Vintners Reserve World Vineyards - Californian Red Zinfandel / Shiraz
