The other day I bottled 20L of perfectly clear friut juice wineI popped a bottle in the fridge last night but on opening it, I found that the wine has a slight haze.
The other bottles are clear so it looks like it hazes up only when cold.
Any suggestions ?
I have another 20L of the same wine to bottle tomorrow and was wondering if it's worth any sort of intervention to prevent the haze.

It sounds similar to what happened to some cranberry juice wine I made last year, racked, filtered and bottled then into the fridge and came out hazy. It eventually settled out and stuck to the bottle so hard you could shake it up and it wouldn't come off which solved the problem of serving hazy wine but I did never got the bottom of what caused the haze.
