    Looked in on my cheeky vimto today which has been going since saturday Started at 1075 - now at 1030. Cheekily tried it and it blooming marvelous should I let it go a bit longer? 6% is enough for me currently what can I do to keep it nice and fizzy in bottles?

    Wild Hops

    Near where I work, on the other side of the river there are some wild hops. Would these be ok to use at all if I get a boat and cut them? There are probably 10 or 20 meters of hop vines there. What do I do with them when they are picked? Cheers all Russ

    I can confirm "Turbot Cider" 1 is actually rank and will be thrown down the sink "Turbot Cider" 2 is actually very nice and I think that time will work its wonders on it. Thanks for all your helps guys. I think I need to follow the recipes to the letter for the "Cheeky Vimto" Russ
