Sorry hadn't seen this until tonight. I'm too new a user to be allowed to post the link as a URL :sulk: but the Facebook page I messaged them on is Coopers DIY beer UK. There are now a couple of comments on the page reporting similar issues. I can't fault Tesco or Coopers for their responses.

I was the guy who had the same problem last week with bottles bought from Tesco. Of two boxes, sixteen bottles had holes in them. Messaged Coopers on Facebook as I couldn't find an email address for them in the UK and they sent me a gratis box of bottles which I now need to fill!!!
