    Raspberry mead

Made basic mead for the first time. Simple enough and tastes nice. Got three bottles left sitting in the shed to mature a bit more. Also made a gallon of raspberry and vanilla mead. Similar recipe but added a jar of quality raspberry conserve and two vanilla pods. It's on its secondary and has...

    Mead gunk!

It was cheap honey from lidl. Just racked it off but some of the **** still got through. I'll do it again when it settles. It's reading at 10.5° so I know it's brewed.

    Kit sediment

I've used a youngs apple cider and a wilkos own pear. I'm just found a wilkos strawberry and lime. I've siphoned off into another bucket. So should I add the sugar now or wait until about to bottle? Sorry btw. I'm a complete novice. But I'm determined to crack it.

    Kit sediment

So if I rack to a secondary. Would I keep it warm or cool?

    Kit sediment

Because there is a lot of sediment in the bottles and I thought it might help reduce it.

    Kit sediment

Not a review. But is kit related. I like using kits. I gives me an abundance of cider in a short time but I have an issue. Sediment. In the instructions it says to ferment once in a bucket/barrel then siphon into bottles with half teaspoon of sugar then basically let it mature for a couple of...
