hi i started this brew on 25 june 2013 .made up 23litres with 500gram of light dry malt extract and 300gram of granulated sugar..took 17 days to brew and bottled it on 12 july 2013 ..added 4 oz of demerar sugar to secondary prime it ..i am still drinking it ..it is nice and clear..light golden...
